Source (Official)

Source is a progressive metal band from Boulder Colorado. Formed in 2013, Ben Gleason, Dan Crisafulli and Georges Octobous create consciousness-based music through the exploration of philosophy, meditation, yoga, flotation tanks and other mindfulness practices. Their music is an expression of the sensations experienced on this planet, the profoundness of the human experience and the beauty of all that is. Source's main influences are Tool, Opeth, Mastodon, A Perfect Circle, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Frank Zappa, Mahavishnu Orchestra and Shakti. They recently entered the recording studio with Scott Wilson, primarily recognized as bassist for chart-topping rockers Tantric, to record their debut full length album "Return To Nothing". Their recently released self titled EP features demo versions of 3 songs that will be featured on their upcoming album and is available for streaming and download at soundcloud.com/listentosource.

Source has performed with acts such as: Like A Storm, Girl On Fire, The Maension, The Ambivilant, Dreamkiller, No Stone Unturned, Skull Theory, Seven Days Lost and more. Members of Source have opened for acts such as: Lamb of God, Trivium, Machine Head, Opeth, Moonspell, Devil Driver and Many others before joining Source. Source is currently looking to set up tour dates with established national acts across the world.
