Slaughtahouze Radio was in the building for the Afton Live Showcase, Sunday 1/10/16 and to honest, I've been to better shows. It wasn't the artists, it was more of the technical difficulties from the DJ set.
R&B singer, MoeCarro, rip the stage bringing that sexy sensual sound that was quite a surprise cause I didn't see that coming. She has the type of joints that I would throw in "The music that I F**k to" mix that airs Mon-Thurs 8p-1a on Slaughtahouze Radio. Her sound reminds me of Jill Scott so she on point. Morgan Carrington, aka MoeCarro, was born and raised in Houston, TX. At the age of 5, she discovered her ability to sing and her love for music. While attending Willowridge High School, that love flourished by being in the band under the direction of Ronald Thornton. Throughout her teen years, she sang with several gospel groups. Her musical inspirations stem from artists like Jill Scott, Lauryn Hill and India.Arie. She aspires to be a studio owner as well as a performing R&B artist that shares her music across the world.
