Bio
Øvercome is Austin's rap group. ASTRØnomer, JAKENUNIS, & Fi$cher Rich are the MC's and instrumentalists that compose the group and are all located within the northern Texas area. ASTRØnomer raps, sings, plays saxophone, and produces for the group, bringing the knowledge of Walt Whitman and the cool-breeze delivery of Blu. JAKENUNIS raps, sings, plays bass, and produces for the group, combining influences from punk rock and emo into his charged and sometimes heart-wrenching delivery. Fi$cher Rich raps and plays guitar, laying down the hardest verses and smoothest guitar leads. Sam Truesdale is the regular drummer for the group, bringing live drums to a hip-hop sound. The group currently has two EPs out, Student Living and the JAKENUNIS EP.
