First and foremost, Scott Tomingo is a songwriter... A songwriter who produces all his own music demos and invests his spare time working in his home project recording studio...

Scotts songwriting style can be described as Urban/Alternative. His music is deep with emotion and played aggression. Derived from R&B roots, it flourishes in alt rock expression. Scotts songs are both smooth and edgy, he likes to write the hits. His command of harmony and melody lead the line while his raw productions breathe with life.

Following through on early ambitions, Scott earned a bachelors degree in Music Business from San Francisco State University. As a student, Scott membered himself with The Recording Academy, known worldwide for the GRAMMYs, where he has been active as a volunteer and music advocate. Following State, Scott traveled abroad to England where he studied briefly at the University of Westminster.

To further his pursuits, Scott bolstered his educational path by earning a paralegal certificate from California State University, Stanislaus. It is his hope to work for an Entertainment Law firm in Los Angeles where he would have an ear to the ground on all the latest pitching requests.

Currently, Scott is in search of that ever elusive publishing deal. Either a single song agreement or an exclusive contract
