I just woke up to this super relaxing lofi record and as a huge fan of analog synthesizers, i couldn’t resist sharing this here: Alexander Bravo alias SHRUBRAVO* is a talented artist from San Diego and his single ‘Wax’ is a fantastic indie / experimental pop arrangement with a funky bass line that blew me away. Taking cues from songwriting styles of the 60’s, the synth-laden production of the 70’s and 80’s, and lyrics inspired by modern conditions, their aim is to capture the spirit of classic eras and spin it into their own niche for all music fans.
