The Knockdown is a versatile Rock band established since 2020, straight out of Orlando, FL. Their sound is a well balanced mix of Classic Rock, 90s Grunge, Alternative Rock and Punk; all with a modern flare. Some influences for their music include Foo Fighters, Stone Temple Pilots, AC/DC, and Audioslave. They have opened for traveling acts like Tantric, Pat Travers and Trapt in Orlando.
The quartet consists of: Matthew Schaffter-Lead Vocals/Guitar, Steve Turano-Lead Guitar, Tarik Riad-Bass, and Matt Prince-Drums. This high energy band has captured the eye of Wintermute Productions, Maniacal Mojo and Insane Entertainment.
Currently, they are in the studio working on more material and playing shows all over Florida.
