The Very Fine Gentlemen are a 5-piece instrumental group comprised of some of Central Pennsylvania’s most seasoned musicians and music industry professionals. Their original music combines jazz, funk, and rock, featuring punchy horn arrangements and lush guitar/synth sounds. Their influences range from the Yellowjackets and Brecker Brothers, to Snarky Puppy, Vulfpeck, and Lettuce. As a collective, this powerhouse group has experience performing in nearly all 50 states and Canada, and has racked up national distribution deals, music licensing to independent movies and MTV, music featured on several compilations, and warm-up performances for President George W. Bush. They have opened for national acts such as the Pie Tasters, Cherry Poppin’ Daddies, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, and Royal Crown Revue. They have performed at venues such as Windows on the World (World Trade Center, NYC). The Supper Club (NYC), The Derby, (Los Angeles, CA) and Ram’s Head, (Baltimore, MD).
