Bio
We are the Young Romantics out of Bowling Green, KY. Our group consists of four friends who love creating music together. Griffin Fletcher serves as the band's vocalist, bringing the stories of their lyrics to life. Matt Porter (drums), Mitchell Manual (guitar), and Gabriel Rogers (bass) create the sounds that bring out the emotions in our music. Classified as alternative, we create music that ranges from folk vibes to soft rock.
Beginning in 2017, two of (Griffin & Matt) decided to record some songs while attending Western Kentucky University. How did we avoid being evicted from the dorms for noise? Easy! Record in Matt's Honda!
We are currently planning the release of our sophomore EP, In Case You Don't, for 2021! Touring and more live shows are also in the books, depending on how quickly COVID-19 is controlled and can assure it is done safely for ourselves & our fans.
